event planning.
José and his business partner at TFG, Rob Wilder, long contemplated launching a catering business. With constant requests from patrons to feature the renowned cuisines of its DC area restaurants at special events, José and Rob knew it was a smart idea. Thanks to a new partnership between ThinkFoodGroup and Ridgewells, that idea
is now a reality.
With offerings crafted from José’s critically-acclaimed TFG restaurants of Jaleo, Zaytinya, Oyamel, Cafe Atlantico and minibar by josé andrés, your guests can now experience the innovative cuisine of one of the country’s most dynamic chefs. His newest restaurant venture, The Bazaar by José Andrés, featured at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, has captured the nation’s attention with accolades from Esquire, the New York Times, Washington Post and the James Beard Foundation, not to mention the only current four-star review by the Los Angeles Times. And every week, millions of Americans welcome José and his signature energy, charm and culinary talent into their homes with Made in Spain, PBS’s liveliest cooking program.
